Inoshoade privacy policy

In order for Inoshade to protect our clients’ personal information and to process the complaints promptly and accurately under the law of Personal Information Protection Act, secton 3. Inoshade shares following privacy policies.

1. purpose of processing and gathering personal information.

Inoshade gathers and processes personal information only to following reason and nothing else.

-   Confirming client intention of application, identification check for proper service, maintaining client qualification.

2. Possesion and gathering period of Personal Information

a. when inoshade collects personal information from organization, inoshade processes and possess within possession and period of use of ageed personal information or possession and use of personal information according to the law.

3. Providing personal information to the third party.

Inoshade does not provide any personal information to any third parties under the Personal Information Protection Act, section 17 which includes agreement of information organization, special regulation of law, etc

4. Right and method of exertion of information organization and legal gurardian.

Information organization can exercise following rights related to personal information protection towards Inoshade.

-        Peruse of personal information

-        Any revision of errors in personal information

-        Demanding of deletion

-        Demanding of suspension of processing

5. Processed personal information articles.

Inoshade handle such personal information articles.

-        Id, password, Easy-Roll receiver’s information.

- Email information.

6. Termication of personal information

a. Inoshade terminates any type of personal information when we have no use of it such as overtime, personal information possession, etc.

b. Inoshade terminates personal information by following method.

-        Electronic file: Deletion of data

7. Responsible guardian of personal information protection.

In order to be responsible for processing personal information, and to take care of complaints and damage relief or information organization, Inoshade assigns responsible guardian or personal information protection
